Return/Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of delivery/purchase, games and/or game parts may be returned or exchanged if they meet the following criteria:
- are received by the customer damaged, defective, or incorrectly
- are returned to Baffle Gab, Inc within 30 days of delivery or purchase
- show no obvious signs of use
- are in their original condition
- are unopened (cellophane intact on game box)
- contain serial number/UPC
Items that meet the above criteria and are returned more than 30 days after delivery/purchase will receive a partial refund.
Replacement Parts
If you receive a game containing a damaged component, email us at info@bafflegabgame.com and tell us what component is damaged. We will respond with information on how to return the damaged part to us COD and ship a replacement to you free of charge. Replacement parts damaged or lost through use of the game are available for a reasonable fee.

Shipping Policy: Shipping Preferences
Items ordered from our website are shipped within 5 business days via USPS or FEDEX ground unless otherwise instructed. Cost of shipping is billed to the customer.
Expedited shipping:
Sometimes you need to receive an item in your order sooner than our standard shipping allows. When you place an order via our order form, you can choose the following shipping preference:
I want my item(s) faster. Ship or mail them overnight at additional cost to me. Each game weighs approximately 3.5 pounds and expedited shipping will be based on weight of the order and zip code shipped to per USPS or FEDEX policy. The zip code we ship from is 91803. The timing of the shipments we make for your order is dependent upon our fulfillment network: To serve our customers more efficiently, Baffle Gab, Inc. uses a fulfillment warehouse.
